These pictures are all in the hospital post-surgery. Her swelling is now going down quite a bit, though she's still got quite a few sores on her mouth from them having to hold it open during the surgery. Some really nice volunteers made her a couple of banners to hang in the room and brighten it up.
Michael and I were so glad to be home again. I always remember everytime I'm in the hospital, it's always so nice to sleep in your own bed again. We were, for part of the night, trying to share a twin bed that had springs directly under the piece of material covering them. Whew--I love my husband dearly and love snuggling with him, but I definitely was not sleeping soundly in this contraption they were calling the bed.
The other kids stayed home with Grandma and Grandpa playing games, doing crafts, eating at Whataburger (you should've seen Faith's eyes as she told me what she ate for lunch--chicken strips, french fries, and Root Beer. "Quite a lunch, huh?" she said. I asked her if the chicken strips were good and she said they were great!) Thanks so much, Grandma and Grandpa for taking good care of my babies! Thanks, also, to Gammy for taking great care of them while we had to be at so many appointments last week!

Great pictures. Little Hannah will be tearing them up in no time (I hope we can recognize her?)!
Finally, nothing better than that Corpus Christi ketchup at Whataburger. As Mr. Buffett says, "It's good for your soul," no doubt.
