There was a demonstration here this week celebrating the history of military aviation. They had on display a Wright flyer--http://www.nasm.si.edu/wrightbrothers/, an old-timey car, a WWI ambulance, tents, and gear, and plenty of folks in period dress to answer questions. I found it funny, a man was dressed up and fiddling with the plane, but no one was engaging him at all, they were all just standing around looking at it. Christian went up to him and started asking questions about ALL aspects of the plane--how it worked, what different levers did, etc. and
all of the sudden there were lots of people around us listening in with news cameras filming and the local newspaper taking pictures. It takes a curious child to bring out the curious nature of adults!

Christian, after all of those great questions, they didn't offer you a ride?

Way to go, Christian. Maybe your picture will be in the paper if Mom and Dad took the paper. Have a friend look for it. Gammy
