Change of command ceremony

On the 8th of February, Michael's battalion changed commanders. He was the commander of troops for the ceremony since he's the executive officer. There were about 250 - 300 troops participating of the 1200 in the battalion. His dad came down for the ceremony and stayed for a couple days. We all had lunch in Michael's office after the ceremony before he had to head out for a meeting. One of the pictures shows Michael in front with the battalion staff behind him and another shows his old boss with his family.
